My Story
For years, I followed the science. With my education and nearly a decade working in the biotech industry, I was trained to trust data, evidence, and structured protocols. But when I faced my own health challenges — lingering fatigue, anxiety, and imbalances that no standard test could explain — I realized something was missing.
The answers I was looking for weren’t just in labs or prescriptions. They were in the patterns of my lifestyle, my nutrition, and the stress I carried — and in the ancient principles I’d grown up around but never fully explored. That’s when I turned to Ayurveda. Not as a formal student, but as a seeker — reading, learning, experimenting, and slowly connecting the dots between modern science and traditional healing.
